What We Do

Working With a Sleep Consultant

Discovery Call

We connect for 15 minutes to answer any initial questions you may have and determine whether Storybook Sleep is the right fit for you.

Questionnaire

You and your child’s caregivers complete a brief questionnaire regarding your family, your child and their sleep habits. With this information, I create a customized detailed sleep plan for you and your child. These sleep plans are designed to match your child’s age, personality and developmental needs, while providing you with a detailed breakdown of how you can best support your child in building their sleep skills. The methods of parental support are also customized to best match preferences identified within the questionnaire.

Consultation

We connect in-person or through Zoom for one hour to review the customized sleep plan. I will then answer any questions you may have regarding the plan and how to execute it successfully with your child.

Support

I will work closely with you as you implement the sleep plan and will support you as you take this next step in your family’s sleep story. Some families may require additional support and we can work together to customize your plan accordingly. These support options include:

Telephone Support

15-minute phone calls to share updates and discuss any further questions you may have.

Email Support

Email me any questions you may have within the duration of your sleep plan, so that I can provide you the best support possible! Email responses will occur within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. I provide two weeks of email support with most packages, with the option of adding additional weeks.

Text Support

If email support is not your preference, this option may be for you! Text me any questions you have within the duration of your sleep plan, Monday through Friday. I provide one, two and three-week options for text support. If the idea of implementing the sleep plan by yourself causes you stress, you may benefit from my on-demand text message support, which is provided overnight on the first night of starting your sleep plan.

Half-Night In-Person Support

If the idea of starting the sleep plan by yourself causes you stress or anxiety, you could benefit from my in-home support. In my half-night support plan, I would arrive shortly before your chosen bedtime, support you through your new bedtime routine, answer any questions you may have and assist you through any night-time wakings until midnight.

Full-Night In-Person Support

If the idea of starting the sleep plan by yourself causes you stress or anxiety, you may benefit from my in-home support. In my full-night support plan, I would arrive shortly before your chosen bedtime, support you through your new bedtime routine, answer any questions you have and assist you through any night-time wakings until morning.
